If you didn't sign the CC slip (Debit card process as CCs) then they can't run the charge through. And if they did they have to reverse the charge (which is not a refund. Refund is when they charged. And now they put in for a credit back).
So, it comes down to whether you signed this $380.50 slip. If not, call your bank and tell them they rang up the wrong amount and supposedly corrected and the charge you authorized was $120.50 and that you're contesting the difference and then let them take it up with UA.
However, if you agreed to the 380 charge with a promise of a refund of 260 then your cause is much weaker -- basically you can explain what happened to the Bank and they *might* reverse the overdraft charge as a good will gesture (if you don't usually overdraft, and they see the credit, they will know likely what happened). But if the refund isn't even coming yet, I really don't like your chances...
