I was told the day of my flight (around 7 hours before the flight) that a seat map for ORD-MAN on BD could not be pulled up...by anyone, including BD reservations. Does anyone know why that happens? I'm BD gold and booked in economy to use a GUV, and was shunted into 40H. The only place I could change that was at check-in in ORD, which would've been a nightmare had the flight been full and me ending up stuck beside a toilet in the back for however many hours.
