OP is on the DFW flight which doesn't leave until 11:30 Definitely late night service,,,which isn't the regular meal and earliest it is served is around 12:30 to 1am if plane leaves on time......This is late even by B.A. standards,
my advice is the same....there usually is a pasta on menu along with the non veggie, shrimp or microwave steak over salad... have a nice meal in BA and sleep on plane, that is what the seats are best for.. unless you are an airline food fan.
