Hampton has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I've needed to invoke this twice in many, many stays and by simply mentioning the guarantee and the cause of my dissatisfaction my bill was canceled with no attitude.
I definitely prefer the Hampton Inn.
Thanks for sharing. I did not know this and can definitely see how this is beneficial, even if to simply mention at other properties just to make a point
