Yeah, the "process" is to get the GSC (Ground Service Coordinator) for the passenger's airline, whine to the GSC that the passenger is not willingly suffering the particular BS of the day/screener, and then watch the GSC roll their eyes and clear the passenger to fly.

Way to go, Big Man/Woman...
