That was part of the "long story" that I condensed. The inbound metal was so delayed that they decided not to have "breezeway" (?) loading or any call for elites, and so everyone was forced to load by their designated zone.
I don't *really* hold this against DL because I think CO failed to get the correct status to them. But it didn't help the situation.
