I recently booked our tickets for our jollies to Sri Lanka. Flying LHR - MAA outbound which is a 777. At time of booking, ba.com indicated that CW was the highest available class so I assumed we would be on a 3-class 777? Not so...

MMB shows rows 10 - 15 as CW and FIRST as 1 - 4 although obviously not select-able at this stage. Now my question is, since BA are not selling FIRST will they really just leave it empty or will they, as I recall reading somewhere, open it up to CW pax at OLCI so they can have CW service in a FIRST seat?

Who bets I will be sitting in the same old blue / tan CW seat on that flight come Dec...? Good thing we are returning via BLR...
