We're thinking of flying from Beijing to Chengdu and Lhasa this summer (a couple months before the Olympics) on Air China. Has anyone had any experiences flying on this airline for domestic Chinese flights? Is their safety record OK? Any weird security rules or regulations? Or is it just like flying around in Europe? (I've had some weird experiences flying domestically in Russia before)
