One of the good things about knowing your limits is also knowing when drinking that one or two extra beers the night before flying, or doing anything else for that matter, is going to be the difference between a day of pain or a day without pain.
I enjoy my beer, and I've learned that my enjoyment is much more pronounced when I don't have a screaming headache that next day. I have no problem leaving what I know is not a good idea for me to drink.
