52 is my choice too when flying to and from BOM. Once I did follow Seatguru and got 39K "Great World Traveller seats with lots of extra legroom due to the bulkhead", but found that the legroom was not all that extra and I was unable to stretch out fully.

Only once, I got the 747 with the WT 29A/K which is super - loads of legroom and you can get out of the seat and squeeze past the seat in front without disturbing the neighbours.
