I don't know what the "garden suites" are at the Sheraton Kauai but the garden rooms across the street used to be like a Motel 6. They remodeled them a little more than a year ago and were really fairly decent, at least the one we used as a courtesy room. They had some of the same furniture as our ocean front in the Ocean Wing. you can't see the ocean from there but its also kind of peaceful and quiet.
