'Airside' refers to immigration, not security.

You don't need to know what terminal you have landed in, just follow signs to "Flight connections" and where relevant choose signs to T3. It would work the same way even if you were to arrive and leave from the same terminal.

Just in case you don't get an AA boarding pass from BA, keep a printout of your itinerary, show either to get through the security lines faster.
