All UX destinations in Europe, N Africa, and Canarias are included. You'll get a voucher to use. Note: they don't just hand you six flights for opening an account. You have to open your principal (i.e., nomina) account there, and they give you two flights after each year of being a customer for three years. So six flights total at the end of three years. And you have to do all your banking through them.

As I understand it (and it may be wrong, this is second-hand info) the flights don't earn points but you'll get to reserve seats just like anyone else.

For me, I don't think it's worth it unless you want to switch to BBVA anyway.

The PepePhone "we'll give you € to spend on UX for every € you spend with us" plan is still tempting me though...
