My wife and I flew round trip to San Juan from Phoenix last week returning Tuesday with a connection in Philadelphia. It was an excellent experience. We flew coach on the first leg to PHL and First on the other legs.

The meals in the flights between PHL and SJO were excellent - chicken with sun dried tomatoes and palenta. There was silverware and glassware.

The FAs on ALL flights were exceptional with only one exception - a FA who spent most of the flight from SJO to PHL talking about her personal life with the passengers in the seats in front of us.

The Club in Philadelphia was outstanding compared with most of the Clubs in PHX.

A big disappointment was the condition of the interior of the 767 we flew from SJO to PHL. The seats were worn and partly taped together. The leg rest for my seat was broken
