Room for room the suites are as good as any five star in NYC.

Views are limited

Service is very 4*, not 5*

Tea is average at best, GR has gotten somewhat bad reviews but has not been reviewed since the new lead chef was hired

Overall...I do think it qualifies as a a luxury hotel for the purpose of this forum and probably the bargain among that group. ^
