Usually in the high end hotels I definetely enjoy a bath !
I remember the Regent as well as the Westin Kuala Lumpur, Westin Grand Frankfurt as well as the ArabellaSheraton Airport Duesseldorf. In Asia the very early morning arrivals are killing me and when I'm at the airport hotel and nothing to do except watching TV I rather enjoy a bath when I think I will spend 12h in a seat the next morning.
The more expensive and renovated Starwood Hotels usually have great bathrooms ^
