Had a great stay there in November, and have recommended it to others who also had positive experiences. I think part of it is the price; there is a great value for what you get. If you book through AMEX FHR (platinum or centurion card) you get the same rate as the general public, but also daily breakfast (free continental buffet, or pay $5 to add a hot entree), afternoon tea once during your stay, 4pm checkout, and upgrade to a higher floor if you book the lower room category, if available on check-in.

Because the property was originally launched as a residential building it does not have a large hotel lobby, which makes it feel more cozy - despite its size. The suites are very high end, with electric drape closers, flat screen tvs, i-pod hook-ups, the usual high thread count linens, etc. Some have complained that the shower is the open stall type (i.e. no door or curtain on the shower which makes it cold in the shower)
