Deltas Crown Room has that rule. "No tickie no laundie". The reason "Free Booze". So, if you ain't flyin, you ain't gettin in. But then again, as mentioned above, getting past security has pretty much taken care of people that haven't got a life & want to spend their idle time @ airports. One could however, "hang out & rap" with the National Guard instead.
