I also take baths in luxury hotels with great bathtubs. My two favourites were at Madada Mogador in Essaouira. Mr Canuck and I had just spent a dusty week hiking in the Atlas mountains. Our room at the riad had a gigantic stone tub, large enough for the two of us to lie down side-by-side, full length. It was spectacular. Another great tub was at the Conrad in Bangkok, where the club level rooms have a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom (and a screen for privacy if you need it). But you can relax in a modern interpretation of a clawfoot tub, play with the Conrad-supplied rubber elephant, watch TV through the glass wall and listen on the speaker system installed in the bathroom - and enjoy a drink, which you can rest on the helpfully supplied bath tray that goes over the tub's arms.
