I have some of the letters on untied and have wondered the same thing. While some are legit, many are petty, and some appear to be lies. For instance I was reading one letter where a UA CSR allegedly called a customer a "b*tch", and then the customer spoke to a manager who called her something similar. I've had some pretty bad CSRs but I just cannot see that happening!
