Certain routes being cancelled or reduced flights, lots of sales/offers for discount CW fares. VS really did a lot to keep their Gold card members loyal with parties and events which they have cut down on now.

BA did nothing.

LCY is too important an airport for BA to sell-off. BA have plans to scale up this year even to avoid LCY becoming an Air France terminal.
