Mileage credit is not applicable for fares booked in YN, EN, E, GN, G, F, or P class. 150% of mileage applies only to A, C, D, J, and Z class only.
According to a Continental fare chart I found online, fare class R has replaced or is similar to fare class F (first upgrade). Does anyone know if they will award miles for class R?
