Had four flights this week on US where things could have gone terrilbly wrong and staff made problems disappear.

Of real note was when I left my cell phone in the DCA club. Someone on staff found it, dialed the last number I called. A friend answered his phone, told them I was on the 3:30 flight to CLT and then US Airways staff ran to the plane returning the phone to me just before the door closed.

GREAT JOB!
