Will travel Hamburg - Oslo - Stavanger next week with a 3 hour layover in Oslo. Asking the LH website which lounge is suitable for me (SEN) it comes out Star Alliance Lounge, Departure Terminal, International Departures.

I'm not familiar with Oslo airport, so my question is, if I can access this lounge in the international departure terminal although I have a domestic onward flight. If not, is there any lounge in the domestic terminal?
