Why no red eyes from DEN?
There are red eyes from SFO and LAX to ORD (i.e. across two timezones). Why aren't there red eyes from DEN to airports in the eastern timezone (again, across two timezones)?

It is becoming a total pain in the butt to go east from Colorado.
