We book our own company travel, so it's the same corporate or personal.

I use kayak and ITA for rate checking, will check Orbitz and Travelocity, and will book on united.com if the rates are the same or where ever it's cheaper.

I've been pleasently surprised with a couple Orbits bookings recently for the in-laws, they did a great job of taking care of all the rearranging and notifications of weather changes, even before the gate agents got notice of the changes, so that's a place I check first now.
