Nothing if flying AC (out of Terminal A). The LH lounge is only in D and last I heard is not available to *G not flying LH.

You do get to stare at the entry to the CO club located right across from the typical AC gate though...anyway I wouldn't go to the airport early. Very rare to see any kind of line up at security and not much to do airside.
