Go to Max's (http://www.maxsworld.com/maxs/locations.php?Id=17). It's on Old Bayshore Hwy, about a block further south of the airport than the Hyatt. Takes about 10 min to drive there. You'll need a full hour there to eat, so I'd check my bags in earlier than 2 hours, then drive over there and be back at least 1hr before my flight. As they said, security is usually a breeze, but boarding begins 45 min before the flight.

Food there is among the best anywhere.
