The tragedy, of course, is that BA flies from T1 while all the One World are in T2. Both the AA and the CX lounges are decent lounges (amazingly, I much prefer the AA lounge. Much spacier and less utilitarian imo at NRT). Don't know if the shuttle bus would take you, but it hardly seems worth the effort as well.
