New refare system at UA Intl reservations call center

I was just on the phone with an Intl res agent, trying to refare a TATL for this weekend I booked for my father using my credit card and 3 Type B vouchers (in my name).

She's very friendly, and we joked a little about the weather in ORD. But she said they just had a new system put in for refaring today, and that system was broken and that meant she couldn't do it automatically and had to call someone.

Anyway, after about 5 mins on hold, she tells me that they still haven't picked up the phone yet, but she's just been trying over and over while she's been waiting, and it finally worked - she even gave me (upon my request) the voucher number.

She said their new system is pretty off-and-on, which I guess is the point of this thread - I just wanted to let you guys know to be extra careful in making sure your refares go right today and in the near future.
