Air NZ just announced that from 26 April 2008 it will cease flying NAN-LAX. The capacity will be shifted to two other, more high yielding routes, which are mentioned but I'll leave until the media announces later.

This seems rather strange to me, given it's a unique point of difference Air NZ offers that surely wins a lot of RTW and other multiple-stop business.
