Another ual.com peeve--sometimes when, from the main ual.com page, I enter my MP number and password in the Mileage Summary panel and click the Check button, instead of seeing my account balance, I am mysteriously transported to the Create itinerary page. What a piece of junk this web site is!

And I know you won't believe this, but my request still "cannot be processed at this time."
