Thank you for succinctly putting this into perspective. I had started to become complacent and was of the "give them some time" mentality. I haven't been able to accesss the e-upgrade window for several weeks. But you're absolutely correct. In most thriving businesses, this situation would be a crisis and people would be scrambling to get it fixed,
and keeping the disserviced customers informed of the progress.
