Oddly, I can't find any reference to this on the Amtrak website. I'm assuming the train will run from Seattle to Eugene, then passengers will be bussed to ???. Chemult would be the next station, but it's not a good place to offload passengers to/from busses, as there is no indoor waiting area, facilities, etc. (not to mention the logistics of turning a train there). The next logical point might be Klamath Falls.

CHEMULT, Ore. - Union Pacific's Interstate 5 Corridor line was closed by mudslides up to 15 feet deep Saturday and won't be reopened for several weeks. The slides are in a remote area, complicating efforts to reopen the line.
About 8/10 of a mile of the Cascade Subdivision was covered by the slide about 60 miles north of Chemult. Buses have substituted for Amtrak's Coast Starlight between Klamath Falls and Portland, and this practice will likely continue.
