Is there a reason given? I have had mine for 32 years, long before Hurley State Bank existed. UA has farmed out the servicing of the card to a variety of providers over the years; I'm surprised they can't find someone else to take it. After all, they are charging 21% interest while currently borrowing those funds at about 2%. That's not a bad spread!
