Awards are booked using the operating carrier's flight number, in this case the AF flight number. This thread is about seat assignment on the DL-coded, AF-operated codeshares.
If you are booked on the AF flight number, you can also call AF and they can assign seats for you. The problems only arise with the DL-coded codeshare flights.
