I went to Ajishin last week and it was... amazing.
It was about, I dunno, 2 degrees outside (maybe less) and there was a long line out the door. The place is small, but well worth the wait. Every employee I saw was a native Japanese speaker, including the sushi chefs. The place smells just like a ramen joint in Tokyo, and the sushi is fantastic!
In fact, I may just go there right now!
