AF call center can't do anything. confirmed by several sources in different countries. they all tell me: call DL. but DL can't assign elite seats so we're screwed. hopefully with the atlantic-joint-venture, this will improve. seat assignment seems to work (never had problems) if you have an TA using amadeus.
