Have had many a bad experience with this programme. The best has to be Worldpoints taking 5 - yes you read correctly 5 months to admit they did not complete a transfer of 1000 points to my Virgin Flying Club account.
I think, on last count it took 9 emails to get a reply, even then they refused to admit any error. After a very abusive (on my part I'm afraid) call to them, the points mysteriously appeared on my VS account.
VS confirmed they'd had a call from Worldpoints "rushing" the transfer through.
Also, the "missing / broken" terminals have spread to both the Burberry & Paul Smith Shops at LHR T3. - Frustrating when you are spending a lot of money and supposedly earning a lot of points.
Perhaps we could run a competition - "Find the working worldpoints machine"
1st Prize = points transferred in the quoted time.
