I would suggest being careful with your wording. If you are SSSS'd, there is a high probability that they will search your wallet/purse and may find that ID you said you did not have. Would be better to say that you "decline to show ID" for whatever reason floats your umbrella, so that they cannot say that you "lied to a federal official."
