Clearly I am a cynic (or very lucky)...

I've got 1A! Next decent seat was a window in row 8...

OK, next challenge - it was booked through my client's TA and has actually been booked into B class. I know what the whole itinerary cost, so I'm thinking that there may be some dodgy accounting going on here tbh...

This has two implications - 1) I need to rely on my new status to get into the lounge as opposed to a business UK ticket, but 2) my FF# doesn't show on the BP - it's in MMB, but clearly I did something in the wrong order. Add to that the fact that I don't know where my blue BAEC card is and it could be fun and games getting into the lounge tomorrow. BAEC have said just to get the lounge staff (they didn't use the term dragon funnily enough) to call BAEC who will confirm the new status, but why does that fill me with fear and loathing???

- I have had some lounge bearing status with one alliance or another for probably 6 of the last 10 years, but never more than blue with BAEC. Typically don't need it as fortunately most flights are in J anyway, but the public area in gate 5 gets worse every time I go through Heathrow, so this will be welcome (for the next 10 weeks anyway).

Now, FlyBe with a BA flight number... Whose lounge do I use at EDI on an economy plus ticket (I believe) with BAEC Silver, and do I get TPs/miles? I now that has been answered before, but i'm knackered.
