The first 8 rows have around 33" -34" seat pitch, seats further back vary at around 30".
If Club is lightly booked, try and grab a seat in the front section of economy.(x-8)
Bring your own headphones and save the money. I used my iPod headphones and they worked fine to hear the audio.

Yesterday, the feature film was the Fantastic Four from MLA to GTW. Don't sit in row 6 if you want to see the video. The first video screen is BEHIND you and the curtain between First Class and Economy means you can't see the only visible video screen, which is in first class. I asked the purser on the flight, Kathi, to move the curtain so I could see the video and she flat out refused to do so. What lousy customer service, particularly considering rows 3 through 5 on BOTH sides were completely empty on that flight.

Also, there is NO way the pitch in row 6 is 33" - 34." It is around 31" at best. But the good news in row 6 is that there is no usable seat 6B. Seat 6B is extremely narrow and never assigned to a passenger.
