I've always heard the Potato Queen thing, surely on the starch:starch comparison, although it just doesn't have the same ring as Rice Queen. "Rice 'n Potatoes" to describe mixed Asian/Caucasian couples does sound a bit better and is fairly common, at least in certain areas of the US.
