Four: add ATH to the list. There are carts with drinks sometimes after security in all three boarding areas, but not always a salesperson next to them. I wasn't aware of a "change" in the rules: e.g. in the lounge used by KL at YVR (past security!) in September 2006, to get a bottled drink you had to ask an employee to open the locked fridge for you and you got your water/soda in a glass!
