I don't know, I think it is still the other way around to be honest.

There are far more intrinsically well behaved teens (to the extent that they can be, I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect teenager!) than badly behaved ones.

You just see the badly behaved ones more than the well behaved ones as they are far more visible/noticeable. Now there may well be more "awful" teens than in previous years (although on balance this has been said by every generation for the past 100 years) but I still have faith in the fact that by and large most are perfectly well behaved and pleasntly nice human beings.
