Unfortunately, I did not put a copy of my itinerary in my bag. In fact, this time I did not even have the blue UA tag. All that is left to identify my bag is my business card on the outside. It's very disappointing to think that someone could have intentionally taken it. (It has happened to me in the past, and I was never reunited with my bag. Also on United.) This was a brand-new snowboarding bag with my snowboard, boots, and all sorts of winter-related gear. I tend to avoid checking things in, but snowboard equipment is a must. =(
