I am holding first class AAdvantage ticket from LAX to SYD for 11/21 returning 12/5. I was able to get QANTAS (QF150) to Sydney, but could only get Air Tahiti Nui (FLT 12) on the return. I am going to keep checking to see if QANTAS will become available.

I am looking for imput about 1) experience with space opening up later in the year on QANTAS; and 2) whether Business on QANTAS or Hawaiian would be a better option. The seats on Air Tahiti look okay, but they don't have the privacy of QANTAS. Also, it seems as there is limited entertainment options.
