Greetings,
For the last two days, I have been receiving an error message on the ANA Search Engine for *A awards.

The message says, "There is no applicable class on internet for the sector. Please contact ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center.(A_AV_1A_002A)"

I get this message when I enter JFK->ZRH, but the message does not appear when I enter LAX->ZRH.

Would anyone know why this error message is being generated?
