After correction, My reservation still says I need to order certs, but
1) my updated email from them shows they have applied the cert
2) and the cert disappeared from unused certs
3) and it says that any changes to the reservation must be made b phone.

I just sent an email to them regarding an upcoming travel package (Code 083) I booked last May to Japan (Nagoya Marriott). Online it shows I still haven't paid the 105,000 points for a 7 Night Cat 4 award stay e-cert, but my account was deducted the 235,000 points back in May.

I'll let you know what the response from Marriott is.
