Look for multiple flights a day
JFK - various flights a day. Few business people fly to EWR

HKG - varies. I have seen low loads in CW on the last of three flights on the HKG-LHR sector. Route has 3 flights all within 3 hours of each other.
Second of the two daily LAX flights

Weekdays instead of weekends of course.

TPA instead of MCO.
PHX and then connect to the West Coast
